FULFILLMENT TIME

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped or is ready for pickup. 

Online exclusive items - if not on backorder, you can expect to receive your order within 2-6 weeks.

LOCAL WAREHOUSE PICKUP

Free order pickup is available at our warehouse in Tempe, AZ with the exception of online-exclusive items. An email will be sent to you when your order is ready to be picked up. 

Our warehouse pickup hours are Mon. - Fri.: 9-4pm, Sat. + Sun.: CLOSED. Please drive to our warehouse and enter through the main front door with Prime Design Co on the door. Provide your order number and name and our staff will be able to assist you.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
